Re: Education/Research alliances

There is a state operated network in Missouri (MoreNet) that serves the
educational community.  I have been trying to get some form of
interconnection agreement going, but they haven't been too responsive.  We
have fiber running to the University and all of the highschools so it
seems like a no-brainer.  However politics (is that layer 8 or 9?) seems
to be the major hurdle at this point.
