Dec. 3 Office Hour : Community Related Topics

I'd like to talk about community - related topics at tomorrow's Office 
Hour.  I have a list of topics I'd like to explore, and perhaps you have 
suggestions.  Ted, Ducky and Pieter will join me as they are 
particularly active in communications, and Ted has his experience with 
the Apache Software Foundation to draw on. 

I.  The first topic on my list is evaluating OSAF's various 
communications methods.  We now regularly publish:

 -- Meeting notes from the All Hands / Developers meetings
 -- Meeting notes from the Management Committee Meetings
 -- Weekly Status Manager Reports
 -- Periodic Status Update / Newsletters
 -- Meeting Notes from the various design and development meetings.

 -- We also have the weekly IRC Office Hours, and we've also made an 
effort to include more substantive discussion on the mailing lists.

I'm interested in knowing whether these provide helpful information.  
Does this information make sense for those who weren't involved in the 
decision-making process?   Are there things we could do that would make 
the info more useful?


II.  The second topic is about getting involved with the Chandler 
project -- how easy or hard is it, what might we do differently, etc. 

III.  Finally, I'd like to ask what's on your mind, other than wanting 
Chandler to be done now :-)

Sorry for the late notice.  I'm working on an idea to schedule further 
in advance than I've been able to do so far but am not quite far enough 
along to be sure it will work.  More on this later.
