New format for Status Manager Reports

I received some feedback that the Status Manager Reports were more 
awkward to read that the old format because it was impossible to read 
through a report by Person.  So Pieter volunteered to create Status 
Manager Reports by person as well.  He's gone back and created the "by 
person" views for the two weeks (week of Nov. 16 and week of Nov. 23) 
we've been using the Status Manager Reports.  You can find them all at:
