I actually think we could do a lightweight first pass at this in a way that might save us a lot of work? Right-side of the Desktop Accounts dialog: === Sign up for a Chandler Hub account or set up an existing one. Account type: Chandler Hub Sharing Description: [ Chandler Hub Sharing ] Username: Password: [Test...] [Sign up] [Set up] [Cancel] === We should probably change the pulldown under the Accounts list to: Set up new account... Clicking 'Create New Account' would open up a browser window and take you to the 'Sign-up' page with the username and password pre- populated. From there, the user can continue to sign up for the account in the browser. I don't know that the whole workflow needs to be contained within the Desktop. I think just giving people a foothold to create a new account will go a long way towards drawing users through the workflow.
