There is a special Chandler header "X-Chandler-Mailer: True". The
Inbox of an IMAP4 Server
account and the POP3 Server message store are searched for this
special header.

All messages with the header are currently assumed to be from another
Chandler client and
are downloaded to Chandler. Any message that does not contain this
header is ignored.

The logic is different of course for Chandler folders.

It is certainly possible to include this header in emails sent from
Cosmo as well thus
eliminating the case where the user does not see the activation
message since
they are using Chandler exclusively with that Incoming mail account.
