Jared
- Cosmo release on Friday
- no issues so far
- going to head through some backlog email and point people at
"delete your own account", probably put together a brief form letter
i can cut-and-paste to people in the future.
- finishing kei backups separation fully later today
- then switching to hardware for a little bit, deal with the small
pile of machines i brought home
- will propose some plan (maybe a round of osaf offers, then
wholeoffice again, then craigslist or something)
- upload spreadsheet to private osaf wiki area
- last thing will be emails to ex-osafs re: hardware, just to close
it out.
- identify laptop for build machine
- sounds like hardware for the next couple of days, intermixed with
svn and email moves.

PJE
- re-reviewing architecture doc - looking for oppties to work on stuff
- Doing some design work on a "3-way field" object to handle
buffering and conflict resolution
- so that a form can notice when you've changed a value and it has
also "changed behind you"
- That would then also be reusable for conflict resolution dialog stuff.
- More specific info about near-term plans would be helpful though.

* Grant and Phillip to talk after check-in
- Sheila - It'd be great to get a write-up for the list for stage 1

Grant
- I have been labouring under cold/flu since fri, so i haven't gotten
much done besides patch for bug 12338 and user support on irc
- 12338: Adding notes and messages from the calendar from context
menu in calendar view displays error in (K)Ubuntu
- we got someone yesterday who was running into the hub login problem
(couldn't log in in either english or spanish)
- so, maybe there's something in the server logs? (user was andresg)

* Mimi - What is next action? Jared investigate?
- Grant - I can file a bug.
- Jared - I've tried to investigate before and failed. Need repro
steps or to catch user failing to log in - in real time.
- Jeffrey - My guess is dojo's localization is failing in some crazy
way we can't repro
-- One thing we can do is improve the error message on hub, so it
doesn't just freeze on "Loading..."
- Grant - User saw: Value undefined (result of expression
console.debug) is not object.

* It appears that S. Americans can't log into Hub. (2 Brazillians and
1 Argentinian)

Jeffrey
- Finished up notifications work (now it needs to be tested, should
have a test instance working today)
- Fixed a pretty bad export-to-chex bug (bug 12353) Export to .chex
fails Product: Chandler, Component: Import/Export
- Setting up test server (rletness helpfully fixed a cosmo-
preferences bug this weekend)
- After that: focus on re-arch

Mimi
- talked a bunch with sheila re: advisory group strategy, future
mailing list process etc on friday
- usual user list stuff
- have fodder for another how i use chandler post
- also sent mail to dev list re: chandler interop issues - would be
great to get some thoughts on that...

* Mimi - pje / gbaillie / jeffreyH: should we be havig discussion on
list re: conflict resolution? I think there has been a bunch of user
feedback that would be good to process - take into account wrt re-
architecture

Sheila
- I am getting Randy's contract finalized today. I also want to wrap
up the board stuff by the end of this week.
- I need to review Jared's hardware inventory spreadsheet and find
out where was can donate some stuff if nobody wants it.
- I also want to post about the metrics. JeffreyH...I still don't
think I understand why authenticated users and desktop ping numbers
are different?
- Also going to try and catch up with Jeffrey and Grant

* A more accurate metric would be to count total # of unique users
and # of unique users who ping at least 4 days a week.
