Portal Project - beginnings of a taxonomy

I've put the notes of the more recent Portal Project meeting up on  
the wiki:

We are in the middle of trying to come up with a taxonomy of  
categories for information on the Portal.   It would be great to get  
feedback / ideas on what we have already (see the PDFs attached to  
the meeting notes)

We're going to move our discussions on the taxonomy onto this list,  
so you can expect to see more traffic on this topic.

Also, we are looking for some help in fleshing out parts of the  
taxonomy.  On pages 3 and 4 of Mimi's document, there are spaces  
which are broken down by team and project.  We could really use some  
input from QA, Build/Release, and some folks in engineering on what  
should go in those spaces.
