Finding changes in a wiki

Is there a good way to track changes in a wiki?

I know of a few methods, but they all seem awkward for me.

First, I can go to a page I care about, click on "diffs" and review what 
has changed.  But if I care about a lot of pages (say, everything in the 
Calendar world), that's a lot of wondering about just to see if 
something has changed.

Another way is to look at the change log.  The problem I find here is 
that I am more interested in what pages have changed than the time of 
the changes.  So if I care about changes to pages in the Calendar Topic, 
it seems I have to review the entire change log, look for pages whose 
names are of interest to me, then go to the diff for that page.  Very 
awkward if there are a lot of changes.

Is there a way to sort the change log by page name?  Am I mising some 
easier way to figure out what has changed in documents I care about?
