I don't know if TWiki supports this, but Wikipedia has two additional
solutions for this:

1) "My watchlist". You can add specific articles to your watchlist and
get a changelog only for these articles.
2) "Related changes". You can see a list of recent changes to the pages
linked to from a selected page.
