I should have included the error message if wvdial was not connectin
at all ,but it is connecting from SuSe
and in Knoppix (!!) it is givin error code-19,'we cannot authenticate
to the peer'
well i havent checked the particular version of pppd -but tht is of no
use since knoppix is Live-Cd and everything will be as it is forever
