Graphics

Well this is concerning a lab we had; it is the C graphics lab and we
did that in Turbo C;What I want to know is that do we have such
libraries in GCC. Functions like 'putpixel(x,y)' and functions to draw
circle,ellipse etc.
When I look back that is one lab along with MASM - (of course we can
substitute tht with NASM) that is standing.............as a block to
an all Linux lab-------Any programmers out there can u give some
example graphics programmes...........I dont think (well I am not
sure) these functions are not included in the ANSI C spec's
illuminate me
