- Ok, this is just FC-4 ( Fedora Core 4 ) release.  Again, hoping the
rest of the numbers
are correct.  FC4 gives a sufficient idea about the level i am talking about.


- Meanwhile some casual info.  Took your tips to heart.  Checked out 
"indLinux.org"
a) 2,054 reads on the HI page, against 400 on say ORiya.

b) Surprisingly ML ( us, we ) indicated as  "open"  so can enter edits
( because there is nothing there ), as also Sanskrit (  Mmm !  Ok, who
is ready for that one.  It pleases me though because i am studying SK
right now ).

c) Trying to edit the ML, told i can't unless i login, but found NO
place to login.

d) So, saw "Swathantra Malayalam", which gave me at least one insight
--> get the ML fonts.  Both web-references turned up "Error 404".  Out
of luck i guess.

e) Stumped thru Oriya randomly, which led me to one Unicode free ML
font, which i downloaded.
