OTF progress

I have made some progress with the OTF of rachana. The partially
converted OTF is at

I have put the pfaedit sfd source, the otf file itself, the ttx
file (bzipped) which has the tables etc.

Note that it is very incomplete as of today. I will try to update
the above folder everyday as and when I do any work. Once we get
the space from savannah, we will checkin the files into CVS, so
that multiple people can work on the files.
