Well there is a fundamental issue between l10n and i18n and that is in thei=
r=20
names : l10n stands for localiz(s)ation and i18n stands for=20
internationaliz(s)ation. I hope the names are sufficient for signifying wha=
t=20
purposes they are for. The brackets denote only the alternate forms of=20
expressing this and hence their universal name's significance. Maybe we cou=
ld=20
have saved ourself some major embaresment. Anyway it was all for a good=20
reason.
