All POT files to be translated are in a seperate directory in kde cvs
module kde-i18n/templates

u can check it out in following way
$ cvs -d:pserver:[email protected]/home/kde login
just press enter
$  cvs -d:pserver:[email protected]/home/kde -z3 co
kde-i18n/templates

you can also set CVSROOT to abt dir so dont have to enter it always
$ export CVSROOT=:pserver:[email protected]/home/kde

kdelibs module has to be done first ,kdelibs.pot is used by all apps,
also desktop* ones have to be completed.
