Terima kasih untuk informasinya. Aku ada travel insurance yg cover delay sih... 

Kejadiannya, butir2 itu nggak dilaksanakan.  Di Basel Airport didiemin aja 2.5 jam dan petugas disana bener2 nggak ngebantu banget.... terkesan lepas tangan. Delaynya karena pesawat yg terlambat sampai 2.5 jam (pengaruh delay di penerbangan2 sebelumnya)
Gara2 delay, intinya jadi missed kereta terakhir London Gatwick ke Guildford gitu deh..... (keluar imigrasi aja after midnight, kereta paling akhir itu 23.52)
