Re: EVM Fraud Detected

It might be more "creative" to program an EVM which gives 75% of all votes
cast to the party which gets the most number of votes in, say, the first
hour of polling. This won't raise too many questions, because anyone in the
know would simply need to ensure that their supporters went out to vote in
large numbers at 7 am.

Such "over-enthusiasm" would hardly raise much suspicion too :-)
