I see merits in both PoV. But tell me something, what exactly do you mean when you differentiate as a strong government or weak government. Can you give an example of both....??? How is it decided or what benchmarks the performance of governance as strong or weak ? @bhi that's from my YUreka handheld, excuse the brevity...!!!
