My bad on Karnataka.

1) The POV issues are :-
a) On unexplained / non-transparent appointment of "outside experts"
to pass reccos on a proposal in which they could have CoI, eg. as
venture capitalists
b) Methods adopted by "experts" to thwart an ongoing public
consultation by the State, such as vote stacking by using social
media.

2) I must ask if this list would tolerate, say, TRAI outsourcing their
RFC processing to private persons appointed in a hush-hush manner,
especially when vast public funds and creation of State monopolies are
involved ?

3) Just to explain the dimensions of the problem, for the non-involved
members of this list, the Vice-Chairman of this Delhi Dialogue
Commission, which was earlier AAP's "Delhi Dialog Team" but is now
their illegal version of NAC - National Advisory Council, is former
journo Ashish Khetan who was accused about 6 days back by Prashant
Bhushan of writing a paid article in Tehelka to favour Essar / Loop /
Swan etc. in the 2G scam. And with a lot of dirty AAP linen spilling
out now with their internal split and all the pots calling the kettles
black.
