Re: "Free" WiFi in Delhi

John,

Sadly, those who have money rarely care about much else. At the same 
time, that which has been proposed is not what necessarily will be built.

If anything, it is the purview of this list to inform, educate and 
possibly sway those who are charged with advising the government on what 
the best business model for all would be - not just those who have the 
money.

I would ask all who participate on this list, both the many who agree as 
well as those who dissent, to engage in constructive discussion as to 
how we can move this network in the right direction.

Just my opinion, like I said, I don't have a dog in this race (to use 
one of our local colloquialisms).
