Re: Resignation of Suresh Ramasubramanian and Udhay Shankar from the india-gii moderator role

I've been part of this list for over 10 years - and it's sad to see a silly
reason like this to cause moderators to resign.

I absolutely believe that Sarabjit vastly overstepped any bounds of decency
by calling people on the phone at their homes to harangue them. I've been
the subject of his ridiculous demands too - except I have told him on
multiple occasions to eff off, and that I owe him no answers.

And I am even more surprised that there is no apology, no remorse, no
promise-to-never-do-it again from Sarabjit.

In the absence of this, dear moderators, on what basis was he being allowed
back into this list? What message are you sending the other list subs here
- that uncouth, shameless and boorish behaviour will be allowed here?

And if he is allowed back into this list, with no apology, no promise to
change behaviour, I want off this list.

Indeed, I suggest Suresh and Udhay start another one where a majority of
members from here will follow them - and the moderators who voted him back
in can be with him on a group and throw insults at each other.
