You will find that - on the other hand - Indians are major consumers of FREE porn, and are quite loath to pull out credit cards and pay for something, so it’d turn up in a statement that their wife or boss can see.

Of course the free sites get their money’s worth of our horny brethren by overloading them with popup ads, driveway downloads of shady adware etc etc.

Speaking of full disclosure - When you say “financial interests” - no, I for one have not owned shares in any internet service provider.  However, I have worked for a variety of ISP and cloud providers over the past fifteen years - in departments that enforce terms of use policies on a large subscriber base.   So, I see some challenges and I am aware (in a non lawyerly way) of some relevant laws and regulations.
