1. Have write up of history with documentary evidence (scan of
confirmations, account status snapshots, payment receipts etc. -- more the
merrier)
2. Email to customer care, with date and docket number issued -- archive
those.
3. Write stinkers about the mess on your own Facebook page, and Tweet
(copying them @airtelDTH etc.)
4. Write to Nodal officer (I think DTH too has this system of grievance
redressal), keep copy with dates, if step #3 doesn't work.
5. Escalate further to Appelate authority, if step #4 doesn't solve problem

If none of them work (3-5), then only option is consumer court, or simply
chop the toxic relationship (sometimes it is cheaper and more convenient,
though you don't derive the satisfaction of making the buggers pay, and
they walk away with the money already paid). Been there done that, but with
telecom, data services from multiple operators. None is better than the
other.
