political expediency often dictates whether or not a case is pursued --
look at Laloo and the fodder scam. Who knows -- maybe the BJP did some deal
with the DMK, or is trying to get closer to them....

Hardly a monopoly market -- with Jio coming in, competition has been
furious. What makes Jio so competitive, by the way? Not the low spectrum
charges. Is it the fact they use IP telephony?
