To all BayCHI job bank users this includes both job seekers and job
submitters (employers):

The leadership of BayCHI wants to improve the BayCHI job bank - i.e., the
functionality which enables companies with job openings to post
advertisements in the BayCHI job listings, and which enables BayCHI members
to learn about these jobs and apply for them. More specifically, we want to
address how well the job bank meets the needs of job seekers and job
submitters like you. Hence, we need to find out how you want the job bank
to work, what information you need from it, and so on.

To gather this information, we want to interview you for 12 hour, either in
person (preferably) or over the phone; and we9ll pay you $50 for your time.
We9ll ask you to describe your needs and prioritize them, and we9ll combine
your input with what other users tell us. Then, insofar as our resources
allow, we9ll upgrade the job bank to make it work better for you and the
other users.

If you are willing to participate, please contact either:

Howard Tamler, [email protected], 650-493-3426
or
Michael Patton, [email protected], 925-648-0445

and provide some available dates and times, or some general guidelines about
your availability. Then, one of them will contact you to schedule an
appointment. Thanks very much, and we look forward to hearing from you at
your earliest convenience.

Howard
