The BIOS might have an option to disable EFI and revert to a "Legacy" mode.

Alternatively you can get a USB attached DVD burner ($30 on ebay) which I've used a few
times to install laptops that don't have one built in.

Of course that would need the BIOS to recognise that it has a DVD drive and allow you to
boot from it.
