In search of Open source Digital Signage or Billboard Software

Hello folks,

I am currently looking for an open source digital signage or billboard 
solution that could be used to manage 12 - 20 screens  (although it can 
be less).  I want it to be able to not only display the days and weeks 
events, itinerary, memos, etc.,  but I would like to dump some feed from 
noaa.gov and display it on the screen.  Does anyone have any suggestions?
