Thank you Ernie and Andrew for your help on this  I will look into all 
the options.  The dynamic content display that yo mentioned Andrew is a 
possibility, mainly need to looking into cron and automating tasks. 
Ernie, thank you for recommending Concerto,I will also look into this. 
Led me to Xibo and a couple of other solutions as well.
