Hi Jim,

The link to outside China is much slower than internal traffic. The slower 
you link, the more obvious this is so it could be a problems with the adsl 
- are you within the distance?.
Do a trace on an offshore site to check where the slowdown really is.
The trace should also show if the slowdown is before the border router.
It is also possible that the problem is with the dns servers that you are 
using, but then you would expect it with all sites, not just external.
