Looking for a good Linux host in Beijing

Hi folks,

I've been absent from the list for a long time!

My girlfriend's company needs to find a good local ISP who can offer
flexible Linux web hosting and email.  She is using a company at the moment
who is refusing to install zlib support into their PHP (or do anything else
of a flexible nature) so she can't move her website to Mambo.

Any recommendations?  I mean, I could do it myself but she's only paying
about RMB2000 a year right now, so its not worth the bother.
