I think xinnet.cn do hosting of windows and linux also.

We had issues with them being able to understand the concept of CNAMES
and how to link in a MSSQL database to an IIS web server - so your
yardage may vary.  IMHO here - the windows skills are better than the
linux skills - but the windows skills ain't necessarily crash hot (My
server logs from are full of viruses attempts from the servers next to
ours in our datacentre (HP - Guomao) - so...........................

You could also Contact Mike and see what he/we (NICS/CANDIS) can do for
you - though I know nothing of prices and what not - we might be too
dear.  We do support ZLIB though, version 1.2.something.....

Also there are many good ones OS (Server Matrix) - depends on who the
target market is and whether or not the site is "Light" or "Heavy" and
how not being in China would cause any significant usability issues.
Mind you - you also have to pick an ISP that is not hosting any kinds of
other sites that are likely to fall afoul of the authoritarians here...
