Traceroute is better than yours, but it's the same problem. Here's an excerpt: 7 202.96.12.37 (202.96.12.37) 7.449 ms 7.237 ms 7.186 ms 8 219.158.3.14 (219.158.3.14) 7.516 ms 7.054 ms 7.126 ms 9 sl-gw23-ana-1-0.sprintlink.net (144.228.173.249) 491.745 ms 487.764 ms 493.701 ms 10 sl-bb20-ana-3-3.sprintlink.net (144.232.1.45) 496.404 ms * 458.940 ms 11 sl-bb24-ana-13-0.sprintlink.net (144.232.1.138) 495.507 ms 463.220 ms 484.884 ms That jump to sprintlink is the big one, and it's happening at the same time as yours. I haven't been following the discussion too closely, but it looks like the biggest problem might not be in Dalian. That 60-70ms ping before the jump to sprintlink is suspect, though. Adam
