So, if things are now clogged, does this mean:
"Asia-US" connection, 3840 GBPS [2002] is already max'd out??

What ping times would you LIKE to get Beijing-mit.edu - in perfect world??
You get 400-500 ms.  What do you expect?

In other words, is something like this correct:
i.e ping time= 2L/c + normal router response times +  router delays?
L=distance Beijing-Cambridge
c=speed of light in fiber

What is normal?


I've been testing things with:

You think it is reliable tool?
