Hi Is there any firewall tool running in xp box? If not, you may try this Open explorer -> click tools menu -> map network driver -> input server share folder and CLICK THE LINK "connect as other login" or something like this, input a login you used in Mac or any valid then see the result. Hope it can fix the problem.
