Venue for a meeting

Dear Pinguins,

please consider in the process of choosing a place to meet that it 
should be easlily reachable with a car.

I mean "si he yuan" has its charm, however at 7 p.m. it is quite 
difficult to get to the center of the city ;-(

I can contribute with a nice Mexican restaurant in "Wudaokou". Close 
to Qing Hua Universtity.

Drinks are cheap! Less than 10 RMB, food is great and cheap 36 RMB 
for a set meal.
WiFi can be arranged.

The only disadvantage is that it is on the other end of the city (I 
assume everyone is living in Chao Yang).
