Dear Clayton, Sorry, I don't know the smtp. I have foudn that sina.com sees to have a "if we don't know you we won't accept" email policy. We have had a lot of trouble getting mail through to sina.com, to the point that we now just ask people for an alternate email address becasue sina.com is unworkable. Their spam referral page seeks details - I presume once they have that they clear you for email.
