Yes, just ask people to dump sina.com asap.
Mail server on sina.com is violating the smtp protocol, and will
refuse mail servers which ip address doesn't match the resolved 'helo'
domain name, like those using a dynamic ip address through dsl
connection.
sina.com even refuse to accept mais send from gmail.com.
