I could not get to sourceforge either....

So I had to use offshore proxy.

I guess it is just a DNS issue... but DNS should not be so flaky.  Zones
should be hosted everywhere and most DNS servers if setup correctly will
not flush their zone caches (even if the TTL and expiry time is met)
until they can fetch the new copy.......

Google groups - well that may be. 'a la blogging sites also
blocked......
