Analog POTS coming in.  Digital over the PBX I guess.

Nope, expected soon.  Might grow to 200.

When installed, they'll be coming in from the building's main distribution
frame.  We can grab them before they hit any PBX.  We want the Linux box to
do all PBX functionality.
