Hey guys, >From what I've learned about PGP, you encrypt with a public key, and can only decrypt with the corresponding private key. That being said, I think we must somehow find the private key that is paired with the public key Professor Kristoff encrypted that message with. I'm not sure how to figure out what public key was used to encrypt the message, and I wouldn't know how to find its corresponding private key. My other thought is maybe the provided in the message "IP Specification + TCP Specification = ?" may mean something in regards to the passphrase. But I think in order to fully decrypt a PGP message you need both the private key passphrase AND the private key. So I'm stumped so far. Going to keep reading up on PGP. _______________________________________________ DLC mailing list [email protected] http://mailman.depaul.edu/mailman/listinfo/dlc Use the Above Link to Unsubcribe!! http://linux.depaul.edu/
