No, that's in chrome [1]. Chromium is open source, Chrome is not. More

[1] However, I've not seen any actual evidence of spyware in chrome. If
there's actually been a recorded case of the browser containing spyware,
I'd be interested to see it. I searched, but all I could find were people
being surprised that the "show web search results as you type into the URL
bar" feature sent your keystrokes to google... to which I think "how the
hell did you _think_ that was going to work!?". So yeah... spyware...
