Owncloud does collaborative editing, however I experienced document 
issues when trying to work with documents from other sources that had 
tables and complex things in them.   LibreOffice online is 6 months away 
but doesn't mention collaborative editing,  and the link 
https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Collaborative_Editing makes it look 
a long way away.  Rob
