It also depends on your definition of "losing connectivity". Do you mean that at a certain time you are unable to ping any Australian hosts? If so, what are they - it could be that they are all transit through the same point, or the servers are in the same data centre or even on the same server. Or do you mean you have a live stream going which is disconnected for no apparent reason? If you have more detail about the service at the other end we could probably provide more information.
