I haven’t noticed such a thing.

My work hosts & monitors sites in NZ, AU and US and this would turn up as a predictable alert in our systems which it hasn’t. If such a thing was affecting connections widely, I would expect it to have turned up on NZNOG <http://list.waikato.ac.nz/pipermail/nznog/>.

Geekzone forums <http://geekzone.co.nz/forums.asp> might be a good place to post such a question - make sure to back up with as much detail as you can I guess, because you’re going to get quizzed! As Bob says - be specific; “unable to ping”, “http requests are interrupted”, give specifics each side of the breakage where possible.

Good luck!
