Hmmm, I'm with slingshot and I remember some mails a while ago 
asking you to go to a site and vote for them and be in to win 
some sort of prize. :)

Now I see they were voted best ISP ? That has made me wonder about
these voted best xxx of the year award claims.

I can't speak for any other ISP, but I've found slingshot to be pretty 
good, (a PITA to get hold of sometimes).

Their phone service is fine, no trouble I've encountered, although 
they've messed around with the website and I've no idea where to get in 
and add another speed dial number.  The 'easy phone' features were free
when I first signed up but since then they now charge $5.00 a month for
them. I like the one where it also rings my cell phone if someone dials 
my landline. :)  I had to the configure that, of course, via the easy phone
features under my account which seems to have disappeared with the website
alterations. Dunno why they keep changing it! :(
