Yes. It's called "being a decent human being". You wouldn't talk about
someone's creation to their faces in this manner, so don't do it online.

I welcome constructive discussion. I've already accepted an invitation to
wax lyrical about the Ubuntu phone. When that happens, I'll answer any
questions they have, as long as I'm able. I don't welcome ranty,
poorly-researched attacks with no substantive value.

What pisses me off in general is the fact that we get worse community press
than Apple. We get worse community press than Microsoft. The icing on the
cake is that the people writing these articles are Linux users - they're
the people we're building this thing for. They're the people we work 12
hour days for. They're our bloody target audience, and some of them show
their gratitude by flinging mud at the target of the day.

Please, by all means - contribute to the project. Hundreds, if not
thousands of people do already (I guess it depends on how you count it).
File a bug, or do some translations, or do ISO testing, or write a juju
charm, or write some documentation, or fix some bugs, or join the local
Loco team, or host an installfest, or talk at your local high school...
many of you do these things already - and I'd like to take this opportunity
to thank you for your effort.

If we want Linux to succeed on the desktop/phone/tablet/pc/car/whatever, we
need to find a way to silence the trolls.
