Assuming Steve wants to reply and not just ignore it, how about this:

Jess, thanks for your email about my photo.  I can see it's not quite 
what you need.  It seems to me you're feeling really stressed out about 
your business situation, are you not hitting the targets you want to 
achieve? Are you afraid because some prospective clients have chosen not 
to use your services lately, and you don't want that trend to continue?

I'd really like to help, but what's preventing me from sending you a 
better photo by tomorrow is that, to meet my need to do meaningful work, 
I now only work for clients who I've gotten to know really well, if I 
find the work is challenging and life-giving.

Given more time, I could probably offer photos that will help turn your 
business around.  It cold also be that there are ways to make your 
business perform better, or meet your needs other than hanging new 
photos.  If so I want to make sure you're getting help with those, so my 
photos can be used to full advantage.  Would you be willing to give me 
the information I need about you and your business to be effective?
