Whoops, I forgot this problem was a bit like catch 22 (I've had this
problem too). Try this command instead (just copy & run it all at once):
wget
http://203.109.134.101/ubuntu/pool/universe/r/resolvconf/resolvconf_1.44ubuntu1_all.deb;
sudo dpkg --install resolvconf_1.44ubuntu1_all.deb; sudo su -c "echo
nameserver 202.27.158.40 >> /etc/resolv.conf"
