Bit of a side note, but I still have a ~9dBi omni antenna and a ~15dBi parabolic grid antenna kicking around in my parents garage (in Taradale) if anyone wants to borrow them it for testing or experimenting or even long term loan. They have N type connectors but I have adaptors/cables to fit RP-TNC (common on Linksys and senao access points). I also have a few high powered senao access points, but I cannot lay my hands on them right now.
