Addendum:

I wanted to add we also talked about setting up some sort of versioning
system to host Morlug projects.  There wasn't a clear consensus about
whether there were any advantages to doing this over hosting projects at
places like Safari.  But there has been some interest in creating Morlug
based projects.  David Smith is considering a gnome-panel project
utilizing GTK# spawned from the previous conversation on this list and
irc.  I thought trac would be interesting, it continues on the wiki
theme and has an interface to subversion, though if we set-up a
different wiki that may be an overkill.

On the future meeting front, I discussed how 2 future meetings
are/should-be reserved for the next 12 months.  Namely, an installfest
and a lan/gaming-info party.  There was lot of excitement about both
meetings especially the lan party.  A third meeting date (May) is
already reserved for a presentation by Eric Sorton about Embedded Linux
devices - more info. about that later.  That leaves 9 meeting spaces for
presentations or preferred subjects over the next year.  I recommend
reserving a meeting date ASAP if you are interested in doing a
presentation or know someone who would be interested.  Contact me.

I'm glad both Eric and Peter expressed an interest in taking photos that
hopefully will become the background for our logo/flyer.  Eric is
looking into taking some Dorsey Knob photos, and Peter will attempt some
aerial photography.

Michael wanted to show the site we have been working on as part of
Morlug's agreement with SRSH to host our meetings.  See,
http://services.the-forgotten.org/ .  Comments appreciated.  Corporate
review will determine the final look.  The site  was made with WordPress
and photos are viewable with Gallery (check it out).  Michael and me met
and discussed the layout.  Then Michael did the visuals and templating.
  I'll be tutoring SRSH employees about the content management of the
site.
